1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website at madeandlaunched.com, or installing any of our Shopify apps (StoreMD, ShopyGenie), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you are prohibited from using these services.

2. App Licensing & Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and run our apps on your Shopify store. You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our software
• Rent, lease, or resell access to the software
• Circumvent any service limitations or security controls

3. Fees & Subscription Plans

Certain features of our apps are offered on subscription plans. Charges are handled directly through Shopify billing pipelines. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring cycle and can be cancelled at any time by uninstalling the application or modifying the tier inside the app panel.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our apps and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. While StoreMD runs diagnostics and warns of errors, we do not warrant that all bugs will be caught or that your store will achieve any specific speed metrics or conversion outcomes.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, madeandlaunched shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues arising from the use of our services.
